The Oklahoma Heart Hospital (“OHH” or “Hospital”) Tuition Reimbursement Plan is designed to encourage regular full-time team members to enhance their skills and knowledge through continuing education. Through these tuition benefits for Oklahoma City-based employees, OHH provides financial assistance to Team Members who take a pre-approved course or study directly related to their job, taken for credit at an accredited college, university, community college, technical school, or other approved program.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for the OHH Education Assistance Program, an individual must be a full-time team member who has been employed in his/her full-time position for a minimum of ninety (90) days. Team Members who transfer or are re-classified to regular full-time status must complete a minimum of ninety (90) days from the date of the status change to be eligible for this benefit.
Full-time and part-time team members may be eligible for employee benefits at our Oklahoma City hospital. They can receive an annual certification bonus after one (1) year of service.
